WE ARE NORMAL NOW

Normal NOW is the Bloomington-Normal chapter of the National Organization for Women, a grassroots advocacy organization working to advance equality and justice at the local, state, and national level.

Our members work on issues including gender equity, reproductive freedom, LGBTQ+ rights, racial justice, and economic fairness. We connect community members with opportunities to take action, engage with elected officials, support policy initiatives, attend public meetings, participate in advocacy campaigns, and bring awareness to issues affecting our community.

We believe awareness matters, but action creates change.

That is why our work goes beyond conversation. We help turn concern into civic engagement and advocacy into measurable action.

Whether we're hosting educational programs, supporting community partners, engaging decision makers, or mobilizing people around issues that matter, our focus is simple: creating meaningful change in Bloomington-Normal.
